To make the simple syrup, add Water (1/2 cup) and Truvia® Calorie-Free Sweetener Stevia Leaf Packets (24) into a microwaveable glass or cup.

Microwave for 1 ½ minutes, stir until completely dissolved.

Pour into a sealable jar/bottle for future use, store in refrigerator.

To make the mocktail, place Fresh Strawberries (2) into a glass and crush up with a spoon or muddler.

Add in Ginger Beer (3 fl oz), Lime Juice (0.5 fl oz), Truvia simple syrup, and Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 tsp).

Stir up all the ingredients.
