Cooking Instructions
1.
In a mortar and pestle, crush the Garlic (2 cloves) with Sea Salt (to taste) and then add the juice of the Orange (1/2).

In a bowl add the Red Onion (1), Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1), Fresh Strawberries (1 cup) and the garlic orange juice combo. Give it a quick stir.
3.
Add in Lime (1/2), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Cherry Tomatoes (to taste) and adjust for Sea Salt (to taste). Stir and allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
