Most of the recipes can even be overlapped, so for example, you can take the leftovers from your chili and put them into your lettuce wraps!

Slow Cooker

The slow cooker is your best friend for meal planning! You can make a large quantity to serve up throughout the week without any fuss. Even if you don't have one, you can either use a oven-safe dish and keep it on low temperature in the oven or on the stove.


Soups are also a great choice for meal planning. You can freeze them for later use and they reheat easily. Soups are forgiving too. No need to follow a recipe exactly, just use whatever you have on hand!


My recommendation for quesadillas is to prep the ingredients beforehand so when it comes time to eating, you can easily throw it together and cook it up fast! Perfect for when you're short on time for the weeknights.

Lettuce Wraps
