Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Stir together the Condensed French Onion Soup (300 g) , Ketchup (4 Tbsp) , and Honey Mustard (4 Tbsp) in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the Lean Ground Beef (680 g) , Breadcrumbs (50 g) , Egg (1) and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture in a large bowl.
Step 4
Season the beef mixture as desired.
Step 5
Shape the beef mixture into 6 mini meatloaves.
Step 6
Place the mini meatloaves into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Pour the remaining soup over the meatloaves.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes or until the meatloaves are cooked through.
