or Cream Cheese with flavor of your choice
320 g
Cranberry Sauce
or Blackcurrant Jam
16 slices
Deli Turkey
16 slices
Provolone Cheese
or Muenster Cheese
to taste
Spinach Leaves

Author's Notes

They will hold their shape best if you refrigerate for at least a couple of hours, but the flavors really start to combine if you let them sit in the fridge overnight.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Smear Onion & Chive Cream Cheese (1 pckg) on top of a Spinach Tortilla Wraps (4) .
Step 2
Layer 4 slices of Deli Turkey (16 slices) on top of cream cheese layer.
Step 3
Layer 4 slices of Provolone Cheese (16 slices) on top the turkey layer.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of Cranberry Sauce (320 g) (up to ¼ cup) on half of the cheese layer (it will slide down the remainder of the roll when you roll it up).
Step 5
Layer Spinach Leaves (to taste) on top of the cranberry sauce.
Step 6
Gently roll up the tortilla wrap as tight as you can starting on the end with the meat and cheese. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until time to serve.
Step 7
When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap. Insert toothpicks evenly about an inch apart from each other along the length of the rollup. Using a serrated knife, cut 1-inch pieces.
Step 8
Push the toothpick all the way through the wrap keep it from unraveling. Serve and enjoy!
