Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Brown the Italian Sausage Links (455 g) in a large pot.
Step 2
Add Carrots (3) and Yellow Onion (1) . Sautee until onions are translucent after approximately 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add Garlic (3 cloves) and Mushrooms (200 g) . Saute for about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add Chicken Stock (960 mL) , Tomato Sauce (1 can) , and Stewed Tomatoes (1 can) , bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add uncooked Egg Noodles (480 mL) and simmer until cooked (about 10 minutes).
Step 6
Garnish with Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste) , and Fresh Basil (to taste) .
