Step 1
Heat up
Sesame Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
in frying pan.
Step 2
Brown the
Ground Beef (455 g)
. You want to make sure it's fully cooked but not dried out. Turn off the heat and drain the fat if needed.
Step 3
Add the
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp)
,
Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp)
to the pan and combine, letting the residual heat help the spices to coat the meat.
Step 4
Serve over rice if desired, and garnish with
Scallions (to taste)
