Step 1
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
In a medium bowl combine
Almond Flour (160 g)
,
Baking Powder (4 g)
and
Salt (3 g)
.
Step 3
Add
Eggs (3)
and
Coconut Oil (45 mL)
into the flour mixture and stir until all clumps have broken apart. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a Tablespoon scoop dough into 3-5 mounds until they are even in size. Using your fingers, smooth out the top and form into circles. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Allow to cool and serve with your choice of spreads.
