Author's Notes

Once you’ve made the butter, taste your mixture and add in whatever you want! Try adding a bit of cinnamon for a full, complex flavor that takes your almond butter to the next level.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor, blend the Almonds (150 g) for 5 -10 minutes, until a smooth, butter-like paste is formed.
Step 2
Add the Coconut Oil (60 mL) and Salt (1 pinch) and process for another 1-2 minutes until completely combined.
Step 3
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
