Step 1

Place Powdered Confectioners Sugar (370 g) in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Step 2

Add Unsalted Butter (225 g) .

Step 3

Mix on medium speed for about a minute to combine.

Step 4

Add Heavy Cream (30 mL) .

Step 5

Add Vanilla Extract (15 mL) .

Step 6

Whip on medium high speed until frosting becomes light and fluffy, about three minutes.

Step 7

Add Salt (1 pinch) .

Step 8

Whip for another minute on medium speed.

Step 9
