Step 1
Clean the Pig's Trotter (1) and slice Fresh Ginger (3 slices) .
Step 2
Add the cleaned pig foot, Water (to taste) , ginger slices, and Cooking Wine (5 mL) into a pot, after the water boils, take the pig foot out.
Step 3
Put the prepared pig foot into a pot, add Beer (250 mL) .
Step 4
Add enough water to cover the pig foot.
Step 5
Add the Crystal Sugar (30 g) .
Step 6
Add Light Soy Sauce (30 g) and Dark Soy Sauce (12 mL) .
Step 7
Cover the pot and stew at a medium heat for an hour.
Step 8
Take out the braised pork foot and put on a plate. Serve and enjoy!
