Step 1
Clean the

and slice
Fresh Ginger (3 slices)

into a pot, after the water boils, take the pig foot out.

Put the prepared pig foot into a pot, add
Beer (250 mL)

Add enough water to cover the pig foot.

Crystal Sugar (30 g)

Light Soy Sauce (30 g)

Dark Soy Sauce (12 mL)

Cover the pot and stew at a medium heat for an hour.
