Step 1
Put
Black Sesame Seeds (120 g)
, cooked
Peanuts (50 g)
and
Granulated Sugar (60 g)
into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Heat the
Lard (150 g)
in a pan until it melts.

Add the melted pork lard into the sesame mixture and mix them evenly.
Step 4
Put the sesame mixture into the refrigerator until it is cooled. Shape the sesame seed mixture into balls and set aside.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine
Water (to taste)
,
Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (250 g)
and
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (100 g)
.
Step 6
In another bowl combine
Water (to taste)
and the remaining
Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (250 g)
.
Step 7
Mix both bowls separately until combined. Knead the dough to form two rounds.
Step 8
Knead the dough to form one round.
Step 9
Knead to form another round.
Step 10
Roll the dough into long cylinders, with alternating side by side.
Step 11
Cut the dough into 1-inch thick pieces. Flatten each piece with your hand until it becomes thin enough to wrap around sesame seed ball.
Step 12
Wrap each sesame seed ball with two-tone "wrapper" and set aside.
Step 13
Put the dumplings into boiling water until they are done.
