Step 1
Start by adding Water (960 mL) and Granulated Sugar (150 g) to a medium saucepan and heating on high heat. Boil until sugar has fully dissolved stir continuously, about 2 minutes. Take of the heat and place in the refrigerator until cool.
Step 2
As your simple syrup cools, juice the Lemons (3) . Make sure to roll them thoroughly on the counter to release their juices before juicing.
Step 3
Combine simple syrup, and lemons juice in a large pitcher over ice. Stir to combine and garnish with herbs or fresh fruit.
