Add Apple (1) , Brown Sugar (25 g) , Almond Butter (40 g) , Ground Cinnamon (1 g) , juice from Lemon (1) and Salt (1 pinch) to a saucepan. Cook on the stove over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until apples have softened some.
Step 2
Spoon Oats (90 g) into two bowls or jars. Evenly top with apple mixture, Milk (120 mL) , and Raisins (20 g) - you do not need to stir.
