Step 1
Evenly spread a tablespoon of
Olive Oil (60 mL)
over each
Flour Tortillas (4)
. Stack the wraps on top of each other. This will oil both sides of the wrap.
Step 2
Mix
Kosher Salt (3 g)
,
Paprika (1 g)
,
Fresh Rosemary (as needed)
, and
Cayenne Pepper (as needed)
together. Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of spice on each wrap and spread it evenly. Again stack them on each other.
Step 3
Using a pizza cutter cut the wraps in to small bite sizes. Grate some
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
over the wraps.
Step 4
Transfer the wrap pieces onto the baking sheets. Bake the chips for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy.
Step 5
Serve with dips of choice or as is!
