Step 1
In a bowl, pour
Water (80 mL)
over the
Whole Millet (85 g)
. Cover with a plate and allow to soften for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (180 g)
,
Almonds (110 g)
,
Pepitas (75 g)
,
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (50 g)
and drained millet.
Step 4
Add
Coconut Oil (15 mL)
,
Maple Syrup (120 mL)
and
Salt (6 g)
to a separate bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour over rolled oats mixture and stir until combined.
Step 5
Spread mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Once cooled, stir in
Chia Seeds (20 g)
and
Goji Berries (20 g)
. Serve with
Almond Milk (to taste)
,
Fresh Blueberries (to taste)
and
Fresh Raspberries (to taste)
