Cooking Instructions

In a mason jar add
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (2 fl oz)
and
Butterfly Pea Extract (0.1 fl oz)

Once the infusion is complete, strain out the vodka through a coffee filter or cheese cloth.

Measure out your infused grey goose and add it to a mixing tin with the juice from
Lemon (1)
,
Simple Syrup (0.8 fl oz)
, and hand-clapped
Fresh Mint Leaves (6)
.
4.
Fill the tin with
Ice (as needed)
and shake vigorously to dilute and chill.
5.
Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over fresh
Ice (as needed)
.
6.
Garnish with a
Fresh Mint (1 sprig)
and
Dehydrated Lime Wheel (1)
