Mango Juice
•
1.5 fl oz
Pineapple Juice
•
0.5 fl oz
Simple Syrup
•
0.8 fl oz
Lime Juice
•
3 dashes
Angostura Bitters
•
0.3 fl oz
Grenadine Syrup

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Combine BACARDÍ® Reserva Ocho Rum (1.5 fl oz) , Mango Juice (1.5 fl oz) , Pineapple Juice (1.5 fl oz) , Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) , Lime Juice (0.8 fl oz) , Angostura Bitters (3 dashes) , and Grenadine Syrup (0.3 fl oz) over ice.

Shake on the harder side to create a foamy head from the pineapple juice.

Pour over a tall glass with fresh ice. Add a pineapple leaf or Lime (1) wedge for garnish.
