Dolin Blanc (0.5 fl oz)

Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz)
, and 0.75 fl oz of
Lemon Juice (1)
into the shaker.
2.
Add
Ice (as needed)
and shake for 5-7 seconds.

Strain in a collin/highball glass.

Add
Ice (as needed)
top with
Soda Water (3 fl oz)

Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
