Cooking Instructions

Infuse
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (3.4 fl oz)
with
Herbal Tea (as needed)
, and leave it aside for minimum of 2 hours.

Add 0.8 fl. oz. of the infused BACARDÍ Carta Blanca to mix-glass.

Then add
BACARDÍ® Reserva Ocho Rum (0.8 fl oz)

Oloroso Sherry (0.3 fl oz)
,
Brown Sugar Simple Syrup (0.3 fl oz)
,
Cinnamon Syrup (0.3 fl oz)
, and
Lime Juice (0.7 fl oz)
. Stir well for 10-15 seconds.
4.
Strain over a big
Ice Cube (as needed)
in a double old-fashioned glass.
5.
Garnish with
Dried Lavender (1 sprig)
