Cooking Instructions
1.
Chill a coupe glass by filling it with
Ice (as needed)
. Use a bar spoon to stir the ice, and set aside.

Using a jigger, measure
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fl oz)
, juice from
Lemon (1)
,
Maraschino Liqueur (0.5 fl oz)
, and
Crème de Violette (0.3 fl oz)
into the shaker.
3.
Fill the shaker with ice, secure the top and shake well.
4.
Remove the ice from the coupe glass.
5.
Strain the drink into the glass.
6.
Garnish with a peel of
Lemon (1)
and serve immediately.
