Cooking Instructions

Add
Ice (as needed)
to a coupe glass. Use a bar spoon to stir. Set aside to chill.

Measure
Honey Simple Syrup (0.3 fl oz)

Fresh Grapefruit Juice (1.5 fl oz)
, and
ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon (1.3 fl oz)
into the shaker.
3.
Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure the top and shake well for about 10 seconds.
4.
Remove the ice from the coupe glass.
5.
Strain the drink into a coupe glass.
6.
Garnish with the twisted
Grapefruit Peel (1)
and serve.
