Cooking Instructions

Fill a coupe glass with
Ice (as needed)
. Use a bar spoon to stir. Set aside to chill.

Measure
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fl oz)

MARTINI Bianco (0.8 fl oz)
, the juice from
Lemon (1)
,
Raspberry Syrup (1.3 fl oz)
, and
Egg White (1)
in the shaker.
3.
Secure the top and shake well for about 10 seconds to froth up the egg white. Unseal the shaker and fill in the
Ice (as needed)
. Secure the top and shake until well chilled.
4.
Remove the ice from the coupe glass.
5.
Strain the drink into the glass.
6.
Garnish with
Fresh Raspberries (3)
in a cocktail pick. Serve.
