Cooking Instructions
1.
Chill the coupe glass with
Ice (as needed)
. Use a bar spoon to stir the ice and set aside.

Fill the mixing glass with
Ice (as needed)
.
3.
Measure in the
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1.5 fl oz)
,
MARTINI Rosso (1.5 fl oz)
, and 2 dashes of
Fernet Liqueur (2 dashes)
in the mixing glass. Stir until well chilled.
4.
Remove the ice from the coupe glass. Strain the drink into the chilled glass.
5.
Twist the
Orange Peel (1)
over the drink, and lay it over as a garnish. Serve.
