Hanky Panky Cocktail

Hanky Panky is a simple but flavorful cocktail that is just made with three ingredients. It is so easy to make, but this gin-based drink is a complex and aromatic cocktail. Gin and sweet vermouth also go well, the Fernet Branca gives the extra herbal flavors which are perfectly balanced and make the drink much more interesting.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE

1.5 fl oz

MARTINI Rosso

•

2 dashes

Fernet Liqueur

•

Orange , peeled

(optional)

Cooking Instructions

Chill the coupe glass with Ice (as needed) . Use a bar spoon to stir the ice and set aside.

Fill the mixing glass with Ice (as needed) .

Measure in the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1.5 fl oz) , MARTINI Rosso (1.5 fl oz) , and 2 dashes of Fernet Liqueur (2 dashes) in the mixing glass. Stir until well chilled.

Remove the ice from the coupe glass. Strain the drink into the chilled glass.

Twist the Orange Peel (1) over the drink, and lay it over as a garnish. Serve.
