Cooking Instructions
1.
In a highball glass, add
Lime (3/4)
,
Fresh Raspberries (3)
,
Fresh Blueberries (3)
,
Fresh Strawberry (1)
, and
Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp)
. Muddle with muddler until broken down.
2.
Clap the
Fresh Mint Leaves (12)
and add into the glass.
3.
Measure in
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz)
with a jigger.
4.
To make crushed ice, wrap
Ice (as needed)
in a clean kitchen towel. Firmly hit the ice with a meat tenderizer to crush.
5.
Add the crushed ice to a highball glass. Mix with a bar spoon to combine.
6.
Top with more crushed ice.
7.
Garnish with
Fresh Mint (to taste)
and
Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste)
. Sprinkle with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
and serve.
