Cooking Instructions
1.
Using a knife, peel a strip of peel off a lime. Cut the
Limes (2)
in half. Then cut another lime into wedges.
2.
Squeeze the juice of one lime with a spoon through a fine strainer.
3.
Chill a Coupette glass by filling it with
Ice (as needed)
and using a straw or a bar spoon to stir.
4.
Add the
Caster Sugar (2 tsp)
, lime juice, and the peel into a glass jar.
5.
Using a spoon to gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Then using a shot glass or a jigger to add in
BOMBAY Bramble (2 fl oz)
.
6.
Fill the glass jar with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure the top and shake well.
7.
Empty the ice from the glass. Using the fine strainer to strain the liquid into a Coupette glass.
8.
Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve.
