Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut a
Lime (1)
in half. Use a citrus press to squeeze the lime through a fine strainer into a jar.
2.
Fill a copper mug with
Ice (as needed)
. Use a straw or a bar spoon to stir and chill the glass. Pour the melted water out of the mug.
3.
Into the copper mug, add in the lime juice, and measure
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (2 fl oz)
using a shot glass or a jigger. Then stir with a straw or a bar spoon.
4.
Add more
Ice (as needed)
. Then top with
Ginger Beer (3 fl oz)
and gently stir.
5.
Place the squeezed half of a lime on a shot glass or a jigger. Add
Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
on top of the lime. Using a blowtorch, roast until it begins to caramelize.
6.
Place the caramelized lime on top of the drink and serve.
