Cooking Instructions

Into a large bowl, add
Wild Celeries (3 pieces)
,
American Ginseng (3 pieces)
,
Goji Berries (1 Tbsp)
, and
Yuzhu (3 pieces)
. Cover with
Water (1 cup)
and
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
and stir to combine. Let infuse for 6 hours at room temperature.
2.
In a teacup measure
Angostura Bitters (1 dash)
, 15 ml of Chinese Herbal Syrup,
Lemon (1)
and
DEWAR'S® 12 (1 fl oz)
. Top with around a cup of hot water, then stir to combine.
3.
Garnish with more angelica and goji berries and serve.
