Cooking Instructions
1.
To make the honey water, combine
Honey (1/2 cup)
and
Water (1/2 cup)
and stir until the honey has dissolved.
2.
Add
Ice (as needed)
to the glass to chill.
3.
To the shaker, add juice from
Lemon (1)
, 2 tsp Honey Water,
Red Wine (2 fl oz)
,
The Bitter Truth® Pimento Dram Allspice Liqueur (0.5 fl oz)
,
PATRÓN® Citrónge Orange (0.5 fl oz)
, and
D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac (1 fl oz)
.
4.
Add
Ice (as needed)
to the shaker. Close the lid and shake hard.
5.
Drain the melted water out of the chilled glass, then strain in the drink.
6.
Peel a strip of
Orange (1)
. Trim the edges and press 3-4
Whole Cloves (to taste)
into the peel.
7.
Add some crushed
Ice (as needed)
on top of the drink. Garnish with Orange Peel,
Cinnamon Sticks (to taste)
, and
Fresh Mint (to taste)
