Cooking Instructions

Fill a rocks glass with
Ice (as needed)

In the base of a shaker, add
Black Truffle Honey (1 tsp)
, juice from
Lime (1/3)
,
Ginseng Aperitif (2 tsp)
,
BÉNÉDICTINE D.O.M. Liqueur (1 1/3 Tbsp)
, and
BACARDÍ® Gold Rum (3 Tbsp)
.
3.
Stir with a bar spoon to allow the honey to dissolve.
4.
Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure top and shake well.
5.
Strain the melted water, then double strain the drink into the glass.
6.
Peel a strip of the
Grapefruit (1)
.
7.
Spray and twist the peel over the drink to add fragrance, then discard. Enjoy!
