Cooking Instructions
1.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, simmer
Cola (1 can)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
, and
Whole Cloves (5)
until it’s reduced by half.
2.
Remove from heat. Strain into a clean jar or bottle. Set aside to cool.
3.
In a shaker measure 30 ml of the Cola Syrup, juice from
Lime (1/2)
and
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz)
.
4.
Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure top and shake well.
5.
Strain into a Martini glass. Serve immediately garnished with a
Lime Wedge (1)
