Drizzle a small amount of White Truffle Oil (1/4 cup) onto your non-stick pan and heat it up on a low-medium temperature. Place the Scamorza Cheese (1) in the center of the pan until the oil around it begins to sizzle.

Using a spatula, gently lift the cheese and cook it on the other side. Repeat this until both sides begin to slightly brown and has melted down.

Once the cheese is ready, place it on top of the Arugula (5 cups). Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and gooey by adding a piece of cheese, a Prosciutto (4 slices) rose and a portion of the arugula to each plate. Eat alone or with some fresh bread.
