1 cup Jameson Irish Whiskey
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 1/2 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Instant Coffee
Homemade Cashew Milk
1 cup soaked Raw Cashews
3 cup Water
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 pinch Sea Salt

STEP 1
Soak Raw Cashews (1 cup) for 4 hours or simmer for 3 minutes.
STEP 2
Combine Soaked Raw Cashews, Water (3 cup), Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon) and Sea Salt (1 pinch) in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
STEP 3
Combine 1 1/3 cups Homemade Cashews Milk, Jameson Irish Whiskey (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Coconut Milk (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Pure Vanilla Extract (3/4 teaspoon) and Instant Coffee (1/4 teaspoon) in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
STEP 4
Pour into sterilized bottles and seal. Allow the flavors to marry for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to enjoy it's fullest taste. Shake before serving.
