3 tablespoon Unsweetened Plain Non-Dairy Milk
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1 1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
to taste Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup shredded Vegan Cheese

STEP 1
Combine Potato (2 cup), Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup), Scallion (3 tablespoon), Unsweetened Plain Non-Dairy Milk (3 tablespoon), Corn Starch (1 tablespoon), Salt (1 1/4 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Fresh Dill (2 tablespoon), and Vegan Cheese (1/4 cup). Mix well to develop the gluten in the flour, which helps with binding.
STEP 2
In a frying pan, preheat a generous amount of Vegetable Oil (to taste) over medium heat.
STEP 3
Spoon 1/4-1/3 cup of the potato mixture into the pan.
STEP 4
Use a spatula or pancake flipper to flatten the patty to about 1/4-inch thick. Fry until golden brown, flip, and fry the other side. Drain excess oil on paper towel if necessary.
STEP 5
Serve with your favorite toppings like sliced green onion, tzatziki, and black pepper.
