Tempeh Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato Sandwich

A classic BLT (bacon, lettuce and tomato) sandwich using Tempeh bacon! Ready to eat in 10 minutes or less.

Ingredients

2 slice Bread
1 tablespoon Vegan Mayo
1 Lettuce Leaf
4 slice Tempeh Bacon
to taste Frying Oil
to taste Salt and Pepper
Directions HIDE IMAGES
STEP 1
Fry Tempeh Bacon (4 slice) in Frying Oil (to taste) according to package instructions, or until golden-brown and crisp.
STEP 2
Lightly toast Bread (2 slice).
STEP 3
Spread both slices with Vegan Mayo (1 tablespoon).
STEP 4
On one slice, evenly layer Lettuce Leaf (1), followed by Tomato (1). Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper (to taste), then add bacon slices.
STEP 5
Top with second slice of bread and slice on a diagonal. Enjoy!
