Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line loaf pan, about 5x10-inch, with parchment paper. Melt the Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup) and allow to cool.

Whisk together All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), and Baking Powder (1 tsp) in medium bowl. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together Ricotta Cheese (1/2 cup) and Half and Half (2 Tbsp) until smooth. Set aside.
