Place Bananas (3) on a baking tray. Spoon out about 1/2 tablespoon of Peanut Butter (1/2 cup) on each. Place another slice of banana over the peanut butter to sandwich together. Repeat.
step 2
Freeze banana sandwiches until firm. This will take about 2-3 hours.
step 3
On a double boiler or in the microwave, melt Dark Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cups). If microwaving, stir every 30 seconds until melted.
step 4
Take out the frozen banana sandwiches, and dip them in the chocolate. I used a fork for this step. Place dark chocolate covered banana slices back on baking tray and let sit until chocolate sets.
step 5
Remove pieces from tray and place in a bowl or store in a container. These can be stored the in fridge or freezer. I store mine in the freezer for a delicious frozen treat.
