3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce
2 ear Corn
3 Thinly Sliced Radish
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
STEP 2
Clean King Oyster Mushroom (4) with a damp paper towel. Using two forks, shred the stems and caps roughly into pieces. Set on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
