In a blender/food processor add
Canned Chickpeas (2 cups)
Peanut Butter (3 Tbsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp)
Rice Nectar (2 Tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Water (1 Tbsp)
Blend until smooth – you may need to scrape down the sides of the food processor a couple of times with a spatula.
Add extra water at a time to thin as needed.
Transfer the chocolate hummus to a small serving bowl.
Grate some extra
Dark Chocolate (to taste)
on top. Serve with your favourite fruit, oatcakes or on a toast. Enjoy!
