Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
In a blender, add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups), Corn Starch (2 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Eggs (2), Buttermilk (1 1/2 cups), and Fresh Baby Spinach (2 3/4 cups).
step 2
Add the Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), Pandan Extract (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Blend until very smooth. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
step 3
Preheat your waffle maker and grease the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
step 4
Pour about half a cup of batter, or more, depending on the size of your waffle maker.
step 5
Cook until golden brown and crispy; about 6 to 7 minutes. See manufacturer's instructions for recommended time. Remove the finished waffle, and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
step 6
Let it cool on a wire rack. Serve warm with Maple Syrup (to taste) and Fresh Fruits (to taste).
