Chickpeas (1 can)
Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
Rice Syrup (2 Tbsp)
in a food processor.
Pulse until everything is completely smooth.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop level spoonfuls and then using hands roll into a ball.
If using, melt
Raw Chocolate (to taste)
in a double boiler over the stove or microwave in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to taste)
or melted chocolate and pop in the fridge to set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
