Step 1
Place Chickpeas (1 can) , Peanut Butter (1/2 cup) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup) , and Rice Syrup (2 Tbsp) in a food processor.
Step 2
Pulse until everything is completely smooth.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop level spoonfuls and then using hands roll into a ball.
Step 4
If using, melt Raw Chocolate (to taste) in a double boiler over the stove or microwave in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
Step 5
Coat with Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to taste) or melted chocolate and pop in the fridge to set.
Step 6
Serve chilled and enjoy!
