In a large bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp),Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Raisins (1/2 cup).

In a separate bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), 1% Low Fat Milk (3/4 cup), Eggs (2), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Bananas (2). Mash the bananas before adding them. Pour the wet into the dry and mix until batter forms.

Heat a griddle or pan to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Once hot, add a quarter cup of batter and cook two minutes on each side until browned.
