Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Whole Wheat Flour (1/2 cup)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
, then stir in the
Walnut Pieces (1 handful)
Dark Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
In a large bowl, whisk together
Butter (1/3 cup)
Thick Yogurt (3 Tbsp)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Cream (1/4 cup)
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
until smooth. Fold in the dry mix until just mixed.
Transfer to an 8-inch round baking tin. Scatter walnuts and chocolate chips over.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes (it’ll still be slightly jiggly in the center). Don’t overbake it.
Allow the cake to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream, perhaps a drizzle of caramel syrup, and toasted walnut halves. Enjoy!
