Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Make the crumble topping by mixing
Whole Wheat Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp)
and
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
with a spoon in a dry bowl.
Step 3
Put in
Butter (1/3 cup)
and work with fingertips to make a breadcrumb-like texture. Now toss in the
Oats (1/2 cup)
and
Pistachios (1/4 cup)
lightly with a spoon. Set aside.
Step 4
In a large bowl, toss together
Fresh Blueberries (1 1/3 cups)
,
Fresh Strawberries (2 cups)
,
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
,
Pistachios (1/2 cup)
, and
Corn Flour (1 1/2 Tbsp)
for the fruit filling. Divide into 4-6 ramekins.
Step 5
Top with the crumble and press gently to pack tight and seal the fruit in.
Step 6
Bake in the oven till the tops are light brown and stewed fruit juice begins to appear on the edges for about 30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve warm or at room temperature as is, with unsweetened cream, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream perhaps.
