Step 1
Pour the Long Grain White Rice (1 cup) and Water (2 cups) into a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat over medium heat. Boil gently for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the Non-Fat Milk (3 cups) , La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Salt (1 pinch) , Navel Orange (1) Rind, and 1 Cinnamon Stick (1) . Cook, stirring occasionally, for 40 to 45 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Remove the orange rind and cinnamon stick.
Step 4
Spoon into bowls and grate fresh Cinnamon Stick (1) over each pudding.
