Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)
Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp)
in a small bowl.
Large Eggs (2)
in a large bowl. Stir in the
LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin (1 can)
and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in the
Evaporated Milk (1 can)
Pour the mixture into a pie shell.
Bake in the preheated 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
