Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Mix the Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp), and Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp) in a small bowl.

Beat the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) in a large bowl. Stir in the 100% Pumpkin Purée (1 can) and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in the Evaporated Milk (1 can).

Pour the mixture into a pie shell.

Bake in the preheated 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
