Powdered Confectioners Sugar , sifted

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease the baking sheets.

Combine the All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) in a medium bowl.

Beat the Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) and 1/2 cup Butter (1/2 cup) in a large mixer bowl until well blended. Beat in the LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin (1 cup) , Large Egg (1) , and 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) until smooth. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the edges are firm.

Cool the baking sheets for 2 minutes and move to wire racks to cool completely.

Combine Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups) , Milk (3 Tbsp) , 1 Tbsp Butter (1 Tbsp) , and remaining Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) in a small bowl until smooth.

Drizzle the mixture over the cookies.
