Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Melt the Coconut Oil (1/8 cup).
In a bowl cream the Cashew Butter (70 gram) with the Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon), coconut oil, Vanilla Bean Paste (1/4 teaspoon) and Egg (1) until creamy.
Once creamy add in the Quinoa Flour (1/2 cup), Oat Bran (1/2 cup), Chia Seeds (2 tablespoon), Hemp Seeds (3 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1/2 tablespoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon) and Salt (1 pinch).
Stir to combine, then fold in the Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup).
Drop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment paper. Bake for 10 min.
Remove from the oven and let cookies cool completely. Enjoy!
