Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Melt the Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
In a bowl cream the Cashew Butter (3 1/2 Tbsp) with the Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , coconut oil, Vanilla Bean Paste (1/4 tsp) and Egg (1) until creamy.
Step 4
Once creamy add in the Quinoa Flour (1/2 cup) , Oat Bran (1/2 cup) , Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp) , Hemp Seeds (3 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 5
Stir to combine, then fold in the Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup) .
Step 6
Drop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment paper. Bake for 10 min.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cookies cool completely. Enjoy!
