Step 1
Clean the cooled
Steak (10.5 oz)
and take out the Chateaubriand.
Step 2
Add
Untoasted White Sesame Oil (1.1 lb)
to a frying pan, add the meat, and heat.
Step 3
Once the meat is cooked through, remove it from the pan, cover it, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4
After resting the meat for 30 minutes, deep-fry, season it with
Rock Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 1/4 tsp)
, and place in the oven.
Step 5
Cut vertically so that the fat and meat are evenly distributed, then serve.
