Step 1
Wash the
Sushi Rice (4 cups)
. Put it in a strainer and drain the water for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
Add the rice prepared in step 1 to
Water (27.5 fl oz)
and soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the rice prepared in step 2. When it is cooked, add the combined
Salt (2 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
, and
Red Rice Vinegar (6.5 oz)
and mix.
Step 4
Combine
Soy Sauce (to taste)
and
Mirin (to taste)
, bring them to a boil for a little while, then bring them to room temperature.
Step 5
Use the weight of a long-bladed knife to cut the
Lean Tuna (1 block)
with one stroke.
Step 6
Marinate the cut tuna in the marinade for 2-3 minutes and wipe off the excess liquid.
Step 7
Make sushi. Serve with
Wasabi Paste (1/2 tsp)
